ျမန္မာႏုိင္ငံ အပါအ၀င္ ကမာၻတ၀ွမ္းမွာ နည္းပညာ ကြာဟမႈေၾကာင့္ ဖြံ႔ၿဖိဳးမႈေတြ အားနည္းေနတဲ့ အေၾကာင္း ကမာၻ႔စီးပြားေရးဖုိရမ္ (WEF) ရဲ႕ အစီရင္ခံစာသစ္ က ေဖာ္ျပပါတယ္။ ဒဂ်စ္တယ္နည္းပညာ အားနည္းမႈေၾကာင့္ ကမာၻတ၀ွမ္း စီးပြားေရးနဲ႔ လူမႈေရးအရ ထိခုိက္နစ္နာမႈေတြ ရွိေနတယ္လုိ႔လည္း ၂၀၁၅ ခုႏွစ္ ကမာၻ႔သတင္းနဲ႔ နည္းပညာဆုိင္ရာ အစီရင္ခံစာ ဒီကေန႔ ထုတ္ျပန္ရာမွာ ေျပာဆုိခဲ့တာပါ။
ကမာၻေပၚက ႏုိင္ငံေပါင္း ၁၄၃ ႏုိင္ငံက အေျခအေနေတြကုိ ဆန္းစစ္ေလ့လာထားတဲ့ အစီရင္ခံစာမွာေတာ့ ျမန္မာႏုိင္ငံက အဆင့္ ၁၃၉ အထိ နိမ့္က်ေနတယ္လုိ႔ ေဖာ္ျပထားၿပီး၊ ထိပ္ဆုံး နံပတ္တစ္ေနရာမွာေတာ့ စကၤာပူ၊ ဒီေနာက္မွာေတာ့ ဖင္လန္၊ ဆြီဒင္ တုိ႔က ဒုတိယနဲ႔ တတိယ၊ အေမရိကန္ကေတာ့ အဆင့္ ၇ မွာ ရွိေနပါတယ္။
ဒဂ်စ္တယ္နည္းပညာနဲ႔ ဆက္သြယ္ႏုိင္မႈအတြက္ အျမင့္ဆုံး ၇ မွတ္အထိ သတ္မွတ္ထားရာမွာေတာ့ ျမန္မာႏုိင္ငံက ၂.၅ မွတ္သာ ရရွိခဲ့တာပါ။ သတင္းနဲ႔ ဆက္သြယ္ေရး နည္းပညာ အသုံးျပဳႏုိင္စြမ္း နိမ့္က်တဲ့ ႏုိင္ငံေတြ ထဲမွာေတာ့ ျမန္မာႏုိင္ငံရဲ႕ ေနာက္မွာ အင္ဂုိလာ၊ ဘူရြန္ဒီ၊ ဂီနီနဲ႔ ခ်ဒ္ ၄ ႏုိင္ငံသာ ရွိပါတယ္။
ဆြစ္ဇာလန္ႏုိင္ငံ အေျခစုိက္ WEF ရဲ႕ အစီရင္ခံစာကုိ ပူးတဲြျပဳစုခဲ့သူ Thierry Geiger ကေတာ့ သတင္းနဲ႔ ဆက္သြယ္ေရး နည္းပညာေတြကုိ သုံးခြင့္မရတာ၊ မသုံးတတ္တာေတြေၾကာင့္ ဒဂ်စ္တယ္နည္းပညာ ဆင္းရဲမဲြေတမႈနဲ႔ ႀကံဳေနၾကရသလုိ၊ ဒီလုိအားနည္းခ်က္ေတြေၾကာင့္ နည္းပညာကုိ အေျခခံၿပီး ရရွိလာႏုိင္တဲ့ အက်ဳိးေက်းဇူးေတြကုိ လူေတြအေနနဲ႔ ခံစားသင့္သေလာက္ မခံစားၾကရဘူးလုိ႔လည္း ေျပာပါတယ္။
